Promising Referal Vouchers to Estate agents!!!

I work for a leading rental company in Pinetown and we refer our tenants and Landlords to ADT regularly. About 11 months ago 2 sales reps informed us that we will receive R250 Pavilion Voucher for each referral. I referred my tenant to ADT and her alarm was installed. This was December 2012. I forgot about the voucher as we never got that incentive, but when I did another referral I received a voucher. I then contacted Rian and asked him about this. In short he told me that I did not refer the client. After he called her she confirmed that I actually did give her ADT's details. 3 Months ago the stories started and ever since they have had stories. I am still waiting. Contacted Rian 4 weeks ago and he promised that I will have it in 2 weeks. I called him last Thursday and he said he will follow up and let me know. Never got back to me. Called him again this morning and now its still not ready. This lease is expiring end of December 2013.THUS, I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR ALMOST A YEAR NOW!!! Cannot believe that I have to fight for R250 voucher??? This is ridiculous. Why promise people if you cannot deliver!!???
