Still have to pay

In February 2013 my vehicle was written off by an insurance company after an accident. My vehicle was taken to Polokwane since i stay in Musina and no panelbeater was approved here to fix my vehicle. I have not seen my vehicle since it was taken, i was informed over the phone that it was written off a month later. My totally pathetic insurance company assured me that it was the end of everything and they would inform all relevant parties. Now tracker has handed my account over to debt collectors because i don't pay my tracker account but i don't have an tracker or a vehicle. They keep phoning me and i keep explaining the situation and cancelling the policy to them but to no avail and they still want me to pay. I think tracker!
