Contract Cancellation

I have had a contract with ADT, which I have been trying to cancel for the past 12 months. I have been paying for the services that I have not been using. I have asked them if I could pay for the equipment and they take out the money for monitoring cause I am not using the service and they refused. I have tried everything there is and I dont know what to do now. ADT is exploiting me, I cant get out of the contract and according to CPA, i have the right to cancel the contract. On saturday on of the agents called saying that I can get a 70% discount on my contract, if think that the reason for them so say this is the contract is finishing now in February, they couldnt come up with this solution when I tried to cancel this year. If I can get 70% off, why didnt they give me that option then. I would say that ADT owes me a portion of the money that I have paid for the past 12 months.
