Billed the wrong amount

I received a promotional call from Netstar in September to upgrade from Sleuth which i had been on for nearly 5 years, at no extra installation cost to the early warning.

The only thing that was going to increase was my debit order monthly from R111 to about R170.

on October 20th my debit order went of for an amount of R445. I logged an email for Netstar to investigate on the 23/10/2013 and they responded to saying my matter has been forwarded to accounts division.

I have been waiting ever since and no response.
