I called to cancel my contract that i have had for the past 2 and half years. yes i understand that it say i must call to cancel the contract but is it not fair that mtn is supposed to send an sms or e-mail to remind customers that their contracts have ended and whether they would like to cancel or something. What makes me even more sad besides the fact that i have been paying or billed for a contract that does not exist
anymore as they were.
i was told that they (mtn consultants) can't do anything i will have to wait for the next debit to go through for this month then call them and i won't get refunded for the months that i have been paying for. Is this how you treat your valuable customers? well i'm very disappointed.
