I added a new vehicle to my account and requested Tracker to cancel my Alfa Mito as I would selling the vehicle in September. Kim indicated that this would be done. I have since been billed twice for the cancelled care and nobody in the call center can give me any feedback.

I have contacted them repeatedly in the last week and no issues where logged by them even though they indicated on the phone that they did. When requested to review the recorded call they have to first request the information, which never gets requested or logged and I still do not know when I will receive my refund.

How do they plan on tracking a vehicle when they cant even find a recording in their own office, even though they proudly state every call is recorded.

Am I able to claim back my phone bill from them for having to follow up with them?
