Am getting frustrated regarding to service i got from Tracker. I called last month around 27 September. wanting to cancel the product as it has never worked almost a year now. I had a problem with the device not working, there will be times when i will leave the device at home and i will not get a call to alert me. then called again i was advised to get the battery changed and test the device again, still didn't work. till recently when i tried to cancel the product was advised that this is a contract and if i need to cancel it am supposed to pay -R2000 odd. Which i wasn't told about the ts and cs when taking the product. Spoke to Tebogo who promised to call me to listen to the call retrieval where I accepted the Ts and Cs. which was supposed to be called within 3 to 5 working days. Till this day i haven't received a call and they tried taking subscription for this month. for what? i dint have a clue. I went to the website trying to get the Company's Compliance officer and couldn't get the answers. if anyone from Tracker could get hold of this message, can they send me the Compliance Officers name and email address so that i can lodge a complain. Frustrated Customer.
