I now have recently sold my vehicle, a few days before releasing the vehicle I called Tracker just to confirm the process of the device transfer. I was advised by a call centre agent that nothing from my side needs to be done except for when I pick up the new vehicle. Once I have the new vehicle, I was advised to call Tracker and arrange for a fitment of the device. I now have the new vehicle, I called Tracker, I know am advised that I need to pay in over R1000. This I was not told on my initial call to them. This is absolutely ridiculous. Yet, when we receive statements from Tracker, the mail starts with "Dear valued Tracker customer" and ends with "Again, thank you for your valued support. We truly appreciate your business". How interesting is this. I don't feel valued but they are certainly appreciating my business.
