My car was on 21 September 2013. It had a tracker fitted in it which I am paying diligently for. My car was from my house without my keys however as is supposed to happen, Tracker did not get alarmed on the, I had to call in to report the & was told that my tracker device was inactive. I'm apparently supposed to check it every 6 months, I don't know how & only being told this when I reported my car yet they debit me each month without fail. They haven't given me an update on my car!!! Very shocking service that I pay for each month!
