7 months of non existent tracking

I installed the tracker Alert device on my car last in October 2012. I trusted their workmanship and never tested it. 7 months later (01 May 2013) I decided to test if it really works and left the tag at home. I drove the car from 18h35 without any contact from tracker, up until the point I decided to make a call at 18h47 to find out what was happening.

When put through to the tracking team, they told me that my device does not work and that they don't know how long it has not been working for. I was promised a call and a visit from one of the technicians on monday, none of which have happened. And when I called my insurer, I was told that had my car been, I wouldn't have been covered due to incorrect information.

I have been waiting for a call from tracker and still nothing.
