Pathetic service! What an inconvenience!

I phoned Tracker, requesting them to test my unit as my car had been gone for a service. 10 April 2013, around 8, Leanne called telling me that Tracker device was tested on the 4th April 2013 and was not responding, meaning that it was not functional. She wil send a technician to check it out. She further said during the service, they must've tampered with the wires. Requested her to get the technician on that day and sort it out, as I was leaving on that night for Durban, the car will not be parked in a garage and where I am going, car hijack is a norm. I phoned the dealer, holding them responsible. Leanne promised to call back. She didn't. I called Tracker at 2pm, spoke to Shamiel who told me Leanne will call me. No call until 5pm. I called MiWay, and told them I don't have a tracking device. They increased my subscription. A week later, Tracker remembered I exist, a technician called to check my car. He told me there is absolutely nothing wrong with the device. He was angry that I was told the unit is not working. Who should I believe now? Why did Tracker take long to inform me the unit is malfunctional? Is this the service that I am paying for? This is pathetic!
