I was involved in an accident on 21 July 2012 and due to that the car was written off. I called Tracker to inform them about the accident so that they can remove the tracker device on that Car. They failed to make sure that the devise is removed. I bought a new Car in September 2013, and then I called them to inform them so that they can install the previous device on the new Car.
Tracker informed me that they have to charge me for the loss of the device which they were supposed to remove from my old car. I lodged a complaint on their website and their customer consultants promised to resolve the matter. The solution was that they will cancel the old account and open a new one for my new car. The problem is that they are debiting me for two accounts of which the other is for the car that I don't have, on top of that they debit my account on the date that we didn't agree on.
