Incorrect billing/ Call centre agent knowledge

I called the call centre to assist with an account query, but was told by agent unable to pick up my account. Then told that my number does not exist on contract, (have had the contract over 2 years), etc. Then told that my account was cancelled, which has not been done etc. Agent was not very knowledgable. I Asked to be called back by team leader, promised would be, but did not call back.
This is after another service failure call about 3 weeks ago. When I recieved 3 x different stories from 3 different Cell C employees.
I have been a loyal Cell C customer for over 10 years, but this service will make me change my mind.

I myself am a Customer Service trainer for a big company and find this unacceptable.

I would like to be contacted to have this sorted out.
