No response to cancel alarm response

A month before we moved house we contacted ADT to cancel our armed response. We had to sent an email and were told that a technician will contact us within a week to deactivate. This never happened. Two weeks before moving we phoned again and were told that we must send another email and that there are no alternative email address or contact details. Again, no response. 6 weeks after our first email we were finally contacted by ADT, only to be told that their system is offline. The lady confirmed they will cancel. She however stated that we must give a months notice, this we have done. She asked me to send our first email and would have sms'd me an alternative mail address, again nothing happened. Two months later, we are in our new house, still paying for armed response we've requested to cancel two months ago. We get called every time the alarm goes off at our old residence. We don't know what else to do to get our armed response cancelled. And the call centre can't provide us with any alternatives. Clearly ADT makes it impossible to cancel armed response with them and just wants to continue to collect money even though we are not staying at the residence anymore.
