SICK OF PAYING FOR NOTHING!!!

I'm very disgusted with ADT and the service I'm getting
I have been at my new property for 3 weeks, and I have contacted adt several timea and up untill now no one has assisted me. I can't live without a alarm, and ADT doesn't seem to be bothered.
I have spoken to T.Mogase and also mailed Mazima Minaar, as they required an relocation letter and they are just ignoring me. after mailing them twice!
I have had it with ADT and I will take this further and be sure to cancel my contract no matter how difficult this will be. I m paying for NO SERVICE... surly ADT is not living up to their promises so I can then just as well cancel my contract! I'M TOTALLY SICK OF THIS BAD SERVICE WE AS PAYING CUSTOMERS ARE GETTING
