Being charged for no. That should be cancelled

Went to mtn in April to cancel a contract of mine. May should have been the last billed month!! I have been back to mtn almost every weekend since then for they are STILL charging me for the contract when it should have been cancelled!! I am appalled that every time I go back they inform me that it is not cancelled and every time I must tell them to cancel it. If they don't know how to do their own jobs the who must do it? I'm sick of paying for a service that I am not recieving!! I have never received such terrible service from any other service provider. It's all good when they don't pay you back the money that you have wrongly been paying however if you don't pay them for one month you get taken to the lawyers. DISGUSTED is an understatement! I want my money back and I'm tired of this issue not being sorted out!! SORT IT OUT!!!
