Adt, please let me know you people a billing me extra for the responses, I have reported the alarm activation last year in November and noone came to check, i have written to hello peter in May 2013 for the same issue (Alarm Action) & this person [Email Removed] called me and informed that someone from adt will contact me regarding the alarm. Sandiselwe Mazibuko (ADT) was suppose to follow up on this however the only communication i had with him failed, i have numerously send him emails that he didnt bother responding to(, nor contacting me, 8 months down the line ADT wants to me to pay R200.64 for your staff inconvenience & ineffectiveness on ADT. when im home nd the alarm activates normally i contact your call centre to cancel the response however your securities still shows up and i must fock out cash.

If this matter is not resolved rather cancel my contract immediately, i'd rather use another service provide. i cannot be dealing and paying for your inconvenience and the service that. When we take out these contract with your brokers they don't even mention that we have only 3 responses per month, why are we paying a yearly fee kante. this is rip off big time
