Pathetic Customer Service

On 2 October 2013, I took out a contract with Adt Security (Sales person Lynn Havemann). Its been weeks that they havent contacted us. Our home is still unsecured. The sales person hasn't contacted me with any feedback as to why there is delays. For a security company that says its the best in SA, this is really a bad reflection. If you can't sort out easy installations such as radios, how you going to keep people's homes secure.
