I have been calling and e-mailing 8ta to cancel my contract I never use since 22 September, AND I AM STILL PAYING THEM EVERY MONTH!! Trying to get through to their retention's department is impossible!! No e-mails are answered despite numerous re-e-mailing, no feedback, no phonecall, and the debit order still goes off my account every month! I am sick of the LACK of service in this country. I want this contact cancelled, and a full refund given!
