I bought a car about a month ago, got Altech to install tracer (10/09/2013 JOB: 218131) After two weeks I realized that the vehicle inspection certificate indicated my "windscreen was shattered". My insurance company Oakhusrt - has this in their records that my windscreen is damaged. I have been trying for past weeks to get A new and correct certificate issued... I have been calling Netsart and no one has able to help.. Call Centre agents keep on telling they will get someone to contact me or get the installer (Steven Shoathledi) to come issue another certificate... NOTHING has been done!!! I am just asking myself what will happen if my windscreen get damaged for real. I mean how hard can it to just give me correct information!!!
