Ieng robbed by ADT

Ive been with ADT for over a year now and not once have i been satisfied you never come in time or not at all i should of been dead several times already but yet you guys are pushing up the bills with no service i ever sorry i signed up for a two year contract i now i cannot leave you guys credited me twice as a good will gesture but i want service not empty promises i want to cancel my contract as YOU ARE NOT PROVIDING ME WITH A SERVICE the person next to me is paying 470 and im paying 422 why are we paying diffrent amounts there are 4 people on my block who wants to cancel but cant i never see armed response cars in the area only now and then please allow me to cancel so i can seek services else where otherwise we log a pertition and move to court all i want to do is cancel.
