Response Time Unacceptable

On Saturday 05th October 2013 I activated my panic alarm and was shcocked to get a response time of 24 minutes. This is unacceptable and I immediately logged a call with the control room. The control room promised they would esculate the poor response time.
I then sent an email on Monday 07th October 2013 to ADT cancelling my month to month contract. (I have been a devoted costomer for over 12 years at the same address with ADT). I recieved an email acknowledging receipt of email and someone would get back to me.
I then finally got a phone call this afternoon, the 08 October 2013, telling me that because I cancelled my contract on the 7th I will stay have to pay for another month, as this is their policy.

Over my dead body will you recieve a cent more from me. Who let who down?

Senior Management from ADT, I dare you to stop hiding behind your switchboard operator who screens the calls you take. Make an effort and listen to your dwindling customers.
Due to your lack of interest I have asked Blue security to look after my families security and they have immediately responded.
By the way looking at hellopeter, I've noticed I'm not the only one. Try responding with a bit of effort.
