Don't get carried away by adt security

ADT Security one of the worst security companies when it comes to after service which i experienced on several occasions and now i would like you all to know this before choosing your security companie. On the 23 October 2013 i call the control room and spoke to a lady by the name of Clementine reporting that i need technical assistance as my keypad is faulty after some tym she said that she will log a call for a technician to come out to me the next day the 24 October as it was already late, i agreed. i was at home the entire day but to no avail. On the 25 October i received an sms stating ADT tried to contact me and i was unavailable which is. I was astounded by the sms and gave ADT a call spoke to Phumi and her response was to speak to Sylvester the Supervisor. Waited some minutes and Phumi is back saying that she could not assist as Sylvester is not in the office. can some one please help as phumi told that i cannot be assisted any time soon These staff need to be fired as they are wasting our money. Please guys this is my experience and please be careful which security company you choose. NO NO TO ADT SECURITY.
