I have an armed response from Best Secure. When the technicians first came to install the alarm, they set a delay in order for the inhabitants to be able to get into the house & change the alarm setting without the alarm going off. This setting was incorrect & the technicians came back a week later to correct the setting. As I was not available (technicians are only available from 8-5 during the week and I am a working person), I asked someone to be at my premises. After the technicians left, and I got home later that day, I realised that the setting was still incorrect. When I called BestSecure to inform them of this, I was told that I must pay a callout fee in order for them to correct their mistake. I was not prepared to do that, so my alarm goes off every day when I get home. & every day Best Secure call the alternative no. on my profile to check if everything is alright. I told them on many occasions that the no. they call is the alternative no. & to please call the primary contact which is my no. but to no avail. They still call the alternative no. first. Can someone please explain to the staff and owner the difference between a primary contact and alternative contact?
