ADT clients should stop complaining

I have had a 90% failure rate from ADT in the last year and every incident ADT finds an outside reason on why there was a failure or blame you for their lack of delivery. Yesterday afternoon it took ADT 45 minutes to respond to my alarm and the control room blamed the "wind" for the lack of response. The previous time in December it took 30 minutes and then according to the control room it was the "heat" that resulted in the lack of response.

I spoke to the area manager, Mr Odendal, this morning and according to him ADT does not gaurantee a response time and therefore he sees no problem with the ADT response time of 45 minutes. According to him the problem is not with ADT, the problems are due to clients and then they complain to much. According to him it is time that we the clients of ADT stop complaining.

So all ADT clients please take note, when you get robbed or killed because ADT did not turn up, is is your fault because you have compained to much!

ADT customer service can also refrain from responding with their standard response to my complaint, that mangement has been informed. Inform ADT shareholders, not the mangers, your problem is ADT's incompetent management
