Very bad service and a faulty alarm system

Blue Security Installed a faulty system and have taken 3 months to get it right after billing me every month. They have harassed me to pay for a system that has been faulty from day 1. Promises that were made by the rep who sold me the system have not been kept. I have phoned the control centre and asked for someone in management to call me on numerous ocassions to discuss the bad service and have yet to hear from them!! After calling your control room again today to complain about the poor service i recieve a call from the accounts dept to tell me that what the rep promised me doesn't appear on my signed cantract and he promptly e-mails me a copy of the contract!!
It doesn't even seem like they are actually listening to what my problem is. I asked for the rep who sold me the system to contact me and to date, i haven't heard from her.
