On Sat 05 Oct 13 I called the control room requesting assistance because some1 was threating us with a gun I'm my yard wanting to rob us. I called the controll room they said they will dispatch a reaction officer
I waited for about 5min with out ant assistance when I called again the controller told me the reaction officer is about 5mins away. The reaction officer only reached my house after about 15min my family was in danger & we did not get any assistance. Why am I paying a security company when I need them then they cannot come in time to assist me, . When I asked the reaction officer why he took so long he said he only got the call 5mins ago. I really feel that I'm wasting my money if I cannot get assistance when I need it
