Break-in - Reaction Officer goes to wrong house

Alarm activation at my house 05h04, get call from ADT, I advise them to hurry due to burglars still in my house. We are defenceless so we await ADT, our security complex officers armed with torches arrive within 3 mins on the scene after I phoned them. We went out, waiting for ADT, scared as. We did not know whether the thugs we still on our premises, ADT drove past I yelled and try to get his attention, he carried on driving, I then pressed the panic alarm 3 to 4 times. Not even a phone call. As neighbours came out to assist they started looking for the who broke into my house, my TV and all attached within a few minutes whilst my alarm is sounding. I PHONED ADT and operator told me that the call has been logged off due to no entry through our palisades. We do not have palisades! and we were standing outside. I logged a complaint and got a call from Godfrey apologising and admitting, that the officer was at the wrong house, officer will go for disciplinary and he will reduce my prem to R350. I requested technical to phone me for additional security beams and cameras ect, this now a week ago, I paid R17000 now to a private company for beams ect! WHERE's ADT
