Inside Job???

After one and a half months of trying to find out why it took the response vehicle 20 minutes to drive 1.8km to respond to a brake in this is the response I received.

We thank you for bringing this matter to management's attention and for affording us the opportunity to address the concerns raised. We are confident that the matter can be resolved to your satisfaction.

I have conducted an internal investigation regarding the house break at your premises on the 7th July 2013. The investigation, consisted of interviewing the reaction officer a number of times, checking all internal reports and finally a LVA test (Layered Veracity Assessment).

I have identified irregularities in the reaction officer's behaviour regarding the response to your premises and these are currently been addressed internally where by the appropriate action will be taken.

I trust that you find this in order and we look forward to being of service to you in the future.

I had to drive the investigation, no help from anyone at ADT. I was promised copy's of the Log Files, GPS Tracking and LVA but after they found "irregularities" they refused to give them to me.
