Bills for radio removal a year after contract ends

Chubb sent me a bill for radio removal in Sep 2013 - 1 year after I cancelled the contract service ended. I waited for them to contact me, but they never did. The bill is dated 1 June 2013, but it only reached me in Sep 2103, making the date very suspect. I just received my FNB cheque account statement. Chubb deducted R285 from my account on 25 Sep 2013. I called their accounts no 0861 505 911 and was transferred 1st to switchboard and then to accounts in JHB, where I spoke to Cecelia. She took my query, but transferred me to Polokwane - the phone rang continuously until I was cut off. I dealt with Polokwane last year & already experienced the brunt of their poor service, incorrect billing & lack of communication. I hounded them from Aug 2102 about removing the radio, but they could not give me a date and time. I indicated that I was moving and needed them to remove it. The radio has STILL NOT BEEN REMOVED. The actions I require are: 1.Refund me fully for the R285 & credit my FNB account I have not planned for this expense. 2.Remove your radio at no cost, as you have failed to do so for more than a year after request - the least you can do 3. Stop deducting money from my account
