No security 4 my family from ADT Security. Ironic

On 9 September I signed a contract with Kevin Pillay for ADT protection at my rental house situated in Pine Avenue, Marlands. Kevin assured me that the existing ADT system would be activated between 13 and 16 September. That was the last I've heard from ADT. I have called Kevin subsequently at two occasions, once in the evening (he assured me I could call him at any time), and again about a week later. At the first occasion he said he would have to check in the morning, and during the second occasion he said he was busy with a client and that he would get back to me. Of course he never did. I surmise the following:

1. Kevin is poor salesman with no sense of after-care. He should be reprimanded and stripped of his commission for this sale.
2. As an organisation, ADT has insufficient systems in place to service the needs of their customers. Surely the contract must have been in the workflow or their routines for 4 weeks now. I am yet to be contacted by an ADT representative.
3. ADT has no concern whatsoever for the safety of my family.

An email similar to the above was sent to customer care on 1 October. One week ago. No response. My business lost to you ADT! I know you don't care
