Security officer going through my personal things

On Friday 19 July at approximately 14h45 there was an alarm activation at my home. I got a call from ADT and I told them to send a React Officer. I left work and when I got there the officer was in my garage with the door closed and the lights on. In my garage is stored other peoples furniture and personal items. I waited outside my property to see how long it would take him to come out. He emerged after about 10 minutes!!! I could see him through my drive way gate.
