Barrier Security

I phoned the Barrier Security to go and take measurement for my house in Sharoenlea and indeed they went and take mearsurement for the windows to put security barrier Guards, and they told me it will take only 10 to 15 working days to come and install. On the 11 /09/2013 I deposited R4495.59 in their account. Before they went and take the measurement I told them that I need to move after they have put the security guard because its new house and sign a happy letter with the contractor. I waited for them to call me to tell me when are they going to put my Barrier guards and they told me that they are moving they are not sure when they will put them on. If I dont phone they dont phone me. I called again they told different story that their company is not doing well then I ask them to refund my money so that I can get the other contractor to do the job. Yesterday they call me to ask for my account number which I gave to them and they told the money will inn today 03/10/2013 then I said to them they must send me proof of payment so that I can be able to show the new contract that I will pay him which they did not do.
