ADT not able to give feedback regarding call out

Recently ADT has been to my property many times as my husband and I have not been in town. upon calling I am told that a panic had been pressed yet no one was in the house.2weeks ago the alarm went off, which i asked ADT to go and check and revert. They phonedsaying all was fine. when i asked if all the doors and windows had been checked, they could not provide feedback and had to go out again to double check.2days later the alarm triggered again and i was told the panic had been pressed yet no one in the house again. ADT went out and failed to tell that the lounge door had been open whihc triggered the alarm. The neigbor had to go with ADT on an occasion to see whats going on and the neigbor discovered the lounge door was open which he then locked. No incidents after that. Why does ADT not fully check everything. Once i was in the house and mistakley pressed the panic, ADT came out without phoning and only walked with a flash light throught the yard. what if someone was holding me at gunpoint in the house, surely when a panic is pressed someone needs to be in the house to press the panic. Now i am being charged extra for too many call outs yet ADT failed to do thei job correctly.
