When we went to Mall@Reds on Friday 28 June 2013 we wanted to get a wheelchair for my husband as he has a broken leg.
When we phoned they said we can go to any entrance and ask the security guards for one. When arriving we did as we were told, the security guard said they dont have wheelchairs. We then phoned Centre management and they said that they are sending someone with a wheelchair. Then one security guard came and he said that we must go and present our ID. Then we phoned Centre management again and they said that we dont need to show our ID to get a wheelchair. I spoke to Winnie, but she was not helpful at all. We were struggling to get a wheelchair for almost half an hour to a hour. This is ridiculous. Get someone to help that actually knows what they are doing. This is the most disgusting thing to talk to someone and they dont know what is going on. Get your act together Mall@ reds!!!
