ADT refuses to assist

Long story Short. I did some renovations, removed a door, Door mag and alarm panel to be removed. My alarm system was installed by a ADT supplier, Capital Alarms. 2 months later I tried in vane to contact them to move the panel, No email or cell answer, I called ADT again, they are not able (or Willing) to assist till April 2014. So, here is the question. If I get broken into, and my family is harmed. Who will take responsibility. I will hold ADT squarely responsible. I am moving house in November 2013. I will do all in my power to have this contract declared null and void. I am not getting what I pay for. ADT is the worst service provider ever. Ja, even worse than Telkom.
