Xpanda Trellis Door cut open

My name is Lindi and I live in Liefde en Vrede. Wanting to feel safe and secure in my house, I installed the Xpanda Trellis Doors all around my house, i.e. on all windows, doors and all open spaces (Paid up to R70 000 for it). I chose them cause when I went into their website, they promised that they are manufactured to ISO 9002 Standards and in their mission they emphasise quality products that meet world class standards. In their vision they also state that they want to be a respected barrier security company in the world and also want to be the customer's first choice for security.

My house was broken into with the Xpanda Trellis Doors installed on the Sliding Door. The security gate was locked and all the buglers did was CUT OPEN THE STEEL BARS that are supposed to be a barriers to entry into my house. Xpanda slogan/pay-off line says: "Real Security". But right now I feel I have a false sense of security as these steel bars are easily breakeable. When I called them to explain, they said they never promised such and they can't help me.

If Xpanda claims to subscribe to world class standards, I want the Trellis Door replaced with immediate effect for free.
