On the 16th of May I send an email to [Email Removed] to inform her i have changed my banking details. On the 17.5.13 I send another email because i did not get a response she replied the same time that all the changes was done. On the 27th of July go another mail from her to confirm the debit order. On the 27th of August I received a call from Thembi mavuso informing me that my account is in arrears with R1700.00 as no deduction was done, I then made an arrangement for her to deduct the current premium of R359.94 plus and exstra R100.00 by the 25/9/13 whereby the arrears will be deducted on the 25.10.13 this agreement was confirmed twice telephonicly and on an email, to my suprise two debit order was deducted R600.00 and 500.00 on the 25.9.13 and when i requested the R600.00 to be refunded back was informed that this cannot be done because my acc was in arrears, I told thembi then why was the arrangement accepted and i also received a treathening letter that i wil be listed and the servise was suspended due to a fault from Chubb incompetant staff not doing their jobs and i want an answer immediatly
