Disgraceful Debit Fiasco

After changing bank details and providing proof, Chubb again debited our old account!! We had to pay Chubb manually and absorb the cost of the debit being 'dishonoured' due to lack of funds. I was really angry when I had to again send instructions through to Thembi Mavuso who promised me that this would not happen again. Guess what? Two things just 'happened'...firstly our old Nedbank account was debited and secondly the debit was taken off on Sunday 15th December with no explanation whatsoever. Our dishonoured fees will now be R240. So, this was totally unauthorised as we signed a contract and an agreement that our account would be debited on the 3rd of every month. I'm dumbfounded but more so by Thembi's total lack of response to my email which I fired off immediately. A subsequent phone call yielded a response by another consultant (Lucky Mathebula) of "I know this will sound stupid but we don't know what to tell you, madam, we don't know what is going on". He promised to sort it out with Thembi and get back to me but there has been absolutely nothing. I did ask him who could help and he said no one could tell me anything. Where does this leave me? I'm shocked.
