Marketing company is rude

Got a phone call from a telesales company on behalf of Tracker trying to sell me a Tracker unit. I don't know who the telesales company was since they didn't mention it. The individual was rude on the phone and when I stated I was not interested in the product, they simply put the phone down.
Sorry, Tracker, but your choice of marketing company is hurting your brand. Can't say I'm going to go out of my way to purchase a tracker unit now.
