Mix Telematics Africa (Matrix Vehicle Tracking)
Mixtelematics breached my account

I took up insurance on my motorcycle in 2011. It was parked inside a garage, so the insurance (Mont Blanc) told me there isn't a need for a tracking system. In 2012 I stopped renting the garage, which meant I had to put a tracking system on. The insurance made arrangements for all that, and the payment was made to Mixtelematics by the insurance company. I did not even supply Mixtelematics with my banking details, since there was no need. In Jan/Feb this year, i moved my insurance from Mont Blanc, and there was no longer a need for a tracker, and Mont Blanc they told me the tracker will be cancelled at once upon policy cancellation. Now, 6/7 months later, I get debited from my account by Mixtrelematics, citing that my account is in arrears. I never even supplied them with my banking details, and I never even agreed to their terms and conditions that they need a written letter before cancellation, BECAUSE I DIDN'T SEE THEM, AND I DIDN'T SIGN ON THEM. I have been calling them now for three weeks, and they claim that an investigation is underway. But I keep getting messages to settle my account. They kept quiet for months not calling me, now they slap me with an huge, unjust bill.
