Bad Bad Service

Having being forced by my insurance company to install a tracker due to their policy, the company that they are using just do not have any customer relations at all. After one month of joining the insurance company I have not yet receive any indication of when this so called tracker is going to be installed. Since it is required by the insurance to have the tracker and living in the country we do if my car is to be will this be the reason that I lose the only asset bringing me my bread and butter. Calling the service centre to speak to the person that has been communicating with the insurance company is less pleasurable the finding a piece of straw in a needle stack. Please do not let the adds fool you by saying that they are extremely helpful.
