Contract was cancelled

I had motor insurance with budget insurance about two years in their premiums it includes tracker .i had problems with my insurance I was forced to cancel my contract with them.i realize after few months that tracker still deducting my account i phone them to mke aware that im have cancell budget insurance then they should stop deducting my account as im with another insurance fitted wth another tracking system but tracker still deducting my account against my will off
