Cancellation not done after third request

Tracker installed in our polo by Mixtelematics the car was sold and the tracker removed i asumed the tracker will be cancelled due to the fact that it was removed by them however instalment was deducted again in January 2013 therefore i phoned and only heard then i have to send a mail for cancellation which i did to [Email Removed] on the 28th of January i noticed it was not read and forwarded the mail to Andre Holtzhauzen i thought it will be resolved but the instalment was deducted again in February 2013 this is not right we cannot pay for a device that we do not even have anymore and we have done what they asked i phoned was told to send a mail which i also did so what is the hold up? we would alse like to receive the 2 months installment back as this was not our fault. Hope this will be resolved now.
