Mix Telematics Africa (Matrix Vehicle Tracking)
Request for proof of payment for device installed

I purchased a 2nd hand Pajero financed through ABSA. There is an amount of R7500 added onto the Contract for the Tracking Device. I was told by Prima Inspecta car Wonderboom that this is a once off payment for the tracker & I will never have to pay again. I have been getting monthly Instalments deducted from my Bank Account whereas I have not even signed a contract or given them permission to do so. The F & I person, Desire, fromPrima Inspectacar Wonderboom refuses to give me a copy of the proof of payment to Mixtelematics so I have no documentry proof against Mixtelematics. Dianne Van der Berg from Mixtelematics informed me that they have received no monies for the Unit installed in my vehicle. Also the Unit only costs R750.00 not R7500.00 which I was charged. Dianne says I have to contact prima Inspectacar for the proof, which I cannot obtain, and refuses to deal with my complaint about paying for a product that I have already paid for.
