WORST SERVICE EVER RECEIVED

I own a small company and fitted trackers in both my vehicles with ctrack as i phoned around and they promised the best service at a good price i then agreed and fitted the units, Our units worked perfect for the first couple of months and we had no problems as we could see exactly where the guys was but to our suprise this was not for long we then started having problems to poll and track the trucks when phoning florida branch they advised that we should come in they then replaced the units again it worked but just for sort while again they had to replace, yesterday we removed the one vehicles seat as this was broken and had to be fixed when removing the seat the unit was visible under the seat we unplugged the unit and up until now no one phoned us to inform signal was lost i phoned the call centreto ask them if they can tell me where the vehicle is the guy took a few minutes and by that time i was so off i eventaully told him he wont pick it up and he confirmed he cant pick up the unit, i then asked him to check the other vehicle and was suprised when he told me that this unit last updated feb 2013 meanwhile they have been debiting every month. Biggest ever!!!
