CANCELLATION PAID BUT STILL AMOUNT OUTSTANDING

I received a invoice from adt showing that i owe them R 1, 447.85. I cancelled my service on 17 August 2012 and they send me a letter (from Katleho Sekobolo, client services department ADT Security Johannesburg) stating that because I cancelled my service 1 year before contract expires I have to pay cancellation amount of R 1, 447.85 then the service will be cancelled. I paid this amount on 21 August 2012 and send them the proof of payment. Then in the same week the technician came and took out the radio. I thought that was it, but no that was not it. On 27 February 2013 I received an invoice from ADT for this amount outstanding. I called ADT to esquire about this. The lady asked me to email her the proof of payment. I emailed it to [Email Removed] and thought that wasit now, but no this morning i received the invoice again, i called adt and they say the amount is still outstanding, and they will put me threw to the account department then they disconnect the call each time. I want this to be sorted before ADT is gonna need a security team to stop me from bombing there office.
