I'm back once more conplaining about Nashua Mobile

On the 06/12/2013, I received an invoice from Nashua Mobile stating I need to pay an amount of R8.62 which I promptly did. I then received my final invoice on the 07/01/2014 stating I need to pay an amount of R46.08 which I will do when it is due.

However, I received a very threatening sms from them stating my account is overdue. I then called the call centre & was told that my account is overdue by R60.19 which I found strange since my December invoice, which I paid, was only for R8.62. I was then told that there was a technical problem with their December invoices & as a result, the incorrect amounts were reflecting.

I have no problem with the technical issue but what I do have a problem with is receiving a sms threatening me with legal action over a ridiculous amount of R60.19 for a technical error on their side not mine. I did not even receive an amended invoice with an explanation which would have been far more acceptable!

I am so glad I have cancelled both my voice & data contract with this company & will never ever make use of them again! Good riddance to bad rubbish!
