I have been an ADT client for 3 years. I ended contact in July 2013 and have sent the company 4 requests to acknowledge the cancellation. My requests were sent from 12/4/2013 and again 3 times in June 2013. My account is paid in advance and I owe ADT only the June payment for July's service. The company has not responded to my numerous requests although the call centre says they will fix it up. There are no managers available. Will never deal with this incompetent bunch again. D Pathe
