I am shocked at the response I received from Veronica who was so rude to me on the telephone. I cannot pay on the 13 July 2013 for a month in advance when the contract was only 10 days old. I expected my service provider to credit my account as I was told would be done in-store as contract was only approved on the 3 June 2013 but instead I was charged approx. R239 on 13/6/2013 and then again R199 on 13 July 2013! what happened to consulting with me as a client in this regard as I have paid in advance for services? Is this part of the new Consumer Act? The lady who called me was not interested in resolving this problem so I will have no other recourse but to approach my attorneys to sort out this matter. I was told on the 3 June 2013 by Sandra that I would be charged prorate for June and then for the month of July 2013 during July! only to overcharged!!! this is totally unacceptable and I will escalate matters higher up if I am not refunded for June!!
